Spicy Honey Garlic Chicken
INGREDIENTS
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/4 cup Dip Spicy Honey
1/2 tablespoon chili garlic paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, chili garlic paste, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes more, or until the sauce is thickened and heated through.
Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
